David Gibson Moore
David Gibson-Moore earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Master of Arts (MA) studying Natural Science at Exeter College at the University of Oxford England. He then became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) whilst working with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ practice in the City of London and Paris France. He subsequently earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Financial Economics (cum laude) and a Diploma in Econometrics at the University of London.

The Lord Carington
Rupert Carington commenced his career in merchant banking in 1970 at Morgan Grenfell & Co Ltd. He worked principally on the international side of the bank covering such disciplines as asset management, project finance, corporate finance and debt. From 1974 He was involved in the development of business in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and undertook many major transactions for both government and private sector companies.
