Last week marked a landmark achievement for JMJ Thai Group with the signing of an agreement to kick off the process of obtaining a listing on London's AIM exchange.

JMJ Thai Group operates in Thailand with a key focus on engineering and technology. The company is positioned strongly for growth both through its participation in the renewable energy sector as well as its participation in the development of infrastructure and renewable energy projects throughout the ASEAN region.

Zeus Capital, a leading corporate finance adviser authorised by the London Stock Exchange, will serve as the nominated adviser (Nomad). Winton Associates UK will act as co-advisor and Renaissance International Partners is the private equity placement partner.

Present at the signing ceremony were Thanchanok Chanpalangsri, Director JMJ Thai Group, Chris Fielding, Director Investment Banking, Zeus Capital, Thom Abbott Head of SE Asia, London Stock Exchange Group, Dr. Worawuth Kongsilp Senior Partner of Winton Associates and myself as Chairman of Renaissance International Partners.

This is the first time such an initiative has been undertaken by a Thai company and is a testament to the growing global connectivity and the strength of the ASEAN markets. Congratulations to all those who have worked tirelessly to make this moment possible!
